Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to services and products provided by MOGU WASH SDN. BHD. (Registration No. 1647790W / 202501046382) (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing our services or products, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

Our head spa, scalp treatment and salon services are personal-care services rendered by our therapists. Once a service has been performed, it cannot be returned and is generally non-refundable. If you are not satisfied, please inform our staff before you leave the outlet so we can address your concerns immediately. Refunds for services are considered only where a service was not delivered as agreed, at our sole discretion.

2. Prepaid Packages, Vouchers & Credit

• Prepaid packages, promotional vouchers and stored credit are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
• Unless otherwise stated, packages and vouchers are valid only within the stated validity period and are non-transferable.
• Promotional and “first trial” prices are one-time offers and cannot be combined with other promotions.

3. Retail Products

Unopened retail products in their original, sealed condition may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your receipt and a description (and photos where possible). We will arrange a replacement or, where a replacement is unavailable, a refund.

5. Appointments & Cancellations

• Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Deposits for bookings may be forfeited for no-shows or late cancellations.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
